Self-love is the journey for you, not anyone else.
Self-love is the connection of honor, love, and confidence that brings joy.
Self-love is a total Body, Mind, and Soul experience. Self-love allows you to be deeply connected to every aspect of your life including the depth of within.

Self-love is the breath filling your lungs, it's the words exiting your mouth, and it's the thoughts you think, and how you respond to yourself. It's all about you! This may be the first time hearing this and it may be the thousandth. What's important is opening the hollow spaces within you to feel alive, sealing in the warmth of the love you feel when it happens, clearing away any clouds that fill your mind, and regaining the awareness of who you truly are.

You are self-love. Let's discover the light within you, watch your laughter turn to color, understand your own radiance, and begin to feel calm within your body and realize it's okay to feel safe. There is no longer a fight or flight - for we have softened the emotions and strengthened your spiritual awareness. Now you have developed the awareness that you actually matter. That you are even a fun and amazing human. Your body love can now shift into you being your own healer. These are the truths and the gifts that you already have within you. They just need to be dusted off and brought to the surface so they can support your life.

Each person/human is greater than they ever thought they were. You are no different, you hold within you a code that you will want to activate to become love, to heal quickly, and to understand the full Body, Mind, and Soul calling. This is called an amazing life of love, and it all stems from self-love. Self-love is not for the lazy or weak, they don't care. Self-love is the strength of reparenting and reorganizing everything within your own storyline, and beyond.
