Focuses on how to heal past trauma and work powerfully with your nervous system to end emotional eating once and for all.

Day 3

You will learn how to notice, feel and process your emotions so that you no longer need or want to use food to avoid feelings and cope with stress, overwhelm and life in general.

Not only will you learn essential knowledge during each of the days but I have also created an Integrative Workbook for you to use along with the trainings.
